Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.

Made to order items and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll happily offer a replacement or exchange where possible.

Damage resulting from general wear and tear, including breakage is not typically considered a fault and is assessed at our discretion. 

Any replacement pieces may not be exactly like for like due to the natural variations in colour, size and shape of gemstones and pearls. This natural individuality is part of what makes our jewellery special. 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.  

If a returned or exchanged item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
