Returns & Exchanges Policy

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective;

Made to order or custom orders / Items on sale / Earrings (for hygiene reasons).

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your jewels from; one of our pop up events OR after delivery and return items within 14 days there after.

If an item is returned after the 14 day window we can only exchange.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
