We aim to complete all made to order pieces within 4 weeks (this does not include transit time).  Once ready, they will be shipped by your chosen shipping method.    

Ready to ship items are posted 1-3 working days after purchase via your chosen shipping method. 

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.  Please allow 24hrs for the tracking link to update.

Australia Post Domestic Standard

Tracked and signature on delivery.  Delivery estimate up to 5 business days.

Australia Post International Express to UK

Tracking and signature on delivery. Delivery estimate up to 5 business days

Australia Post International Standard to UK

For international orders it is the customers responsibility to check local customs requirements, import fees or taxes that may apply upon delivery.
